Which off-dry wines can I choose?

Our selection includes off-dry Riesling Kabinett, Rivaner, Spätburgunder and Spätburgunder Rosé. Each wine has its own analysis figures.

Do you also offer sweet wines?

Do you only sell white wine?

No. We also offer Dornfelder, Spätburgunder, Spätburgunder Rosé and Rotling, as well as Riesling sparkling wine, vineyard peach liqueur and Mosel-Trester spirit.

Can I compare different Rieslings?

Yes. Our range includes dry, off-dry and sweet Riesling. The Riesling vom Hof case brings these three styles together.

Where can I find alcohol, residual sugar and acidity?

These figures appear with each wine in the shop. Alcohol is given as % vol.; residual sugar and acidity are in grams per litre. The individual wine page contains further product information.

Where can I find a wine’s vintage?

The vintage appears with the product name and on its individual page. Check this information when choosing; not every product has a vintage.

What bottle sizes are available?

Our still wines are offered in 0.75-litre bottles. Sparkling wine, liqueur and Trester may have different sizes. Check the volume stated for the individual product.

Ordering & payment

How do I order wine directly from the winery?

Choose wines or cases in our shop and add them to your basket. At checkout, enter your delivery address and payment method and review the total before buying.

Can I mix different wines?

Yes. You can combine individual wines in your basket. Shipping is calculated from the total number of bottles, not the number of different wines.

Can I order fewer than 6 bottles?

Yes. For 1–5 individually selected bottles within Germany, shipping is €8.00 plus €3.00 packaging: €11.00 in addition to the wine price. Three-bottle tasting sets are exempt.

What wine case sizes do you offer?

We offer three-bottle tasting sets and mixed cases of 6, 12, 18 and 24 bottles. Each case page lists its wines and price. You can also build your own selection from individual wines.

How much is a three-bottle tasting set?

Each three-bottle tasting set costs €35.00, including shipping and packaging within Germany. There is no additional shipping or packaging charge for the set.

Which tasting sets can I choose?

Choose from Mosel kennenlernen, Weiß & prickelnd and Moselabend. Each set page lists the exact selection and links to the individual wines.

Can I request 15 or 21 bottles?

We put these case sizes together on request. Tell us which wines and quantities you would like, and we will discuss the contents and price with you.

How can I pay for my order?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. These may include cards and PayPal. The options displayed there apply to your purchase.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

After completing an order, you receive confirmation at the email address entered at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & packaging

What does delivery within Germany cost?

Shipping costs €8.00 per order below 12 bottles and is free from 12 bottles. For 1–5 individually selected bottles, add €3.00 packaging. Three-bottle tasting sets already include shipping and packaging.

When is shipping free?

Delivery within Germany is free from 12 bottles. The total bottle count in your basket matters. Orders containing a three-bottle tasting set benefit from its included shipping.

When does the packaging surcharge apply?

The €3.00 surcharge applies to 1–5 individually selected bottles and contributes to protective packaging costs for small orders. It is waived from 6 bottles and for three-bottle tasting sets.

How are cases counted for shipping?

We count the bottles inside, not the number of cases. Two six-bottle cases contain 12 bottles, for example, and reach the free shipping threshold within Germany.

What if I add other wines to a tasting set?

When your basket contains a three-bottle tasting set, shipping and packaging within Germany also cover other wines in the same order. Checkout shows the full order value before purchase.

Where can I see all additional costs?

The shop includes a shipping and packaging overview. Case pages and your basket show the costs for your selection; checkout displays the final total before purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Please contact us about delivery times. If you need wine for a particular date, ask before ordering so we can discuss whether your requested date is feasible.
